Ruin with large building plot

Two old stone ruins in Bast (the main house and an old kitchen that is attached to it). The area of the ruins is 150 m2 and they are located on a building plot of approx. 4000 m2. The ruins and the land are located at the foot of Mount Biokovo. They are positioned at the top of the building plot which descends in a mild slope from the houses. Houses were built before 15/02/1968 and reconstruction within the existing parameters doesn’t require any special permits (they can be renovated as two separate houses or one large house). A swimming pool can be added in front of the house. According to the Zoning Plan of Baška Voda municipality it is possible to build several (8-10) Dalmatian stone houses with swimming pools. The land has a spectacular panoramic view of the sea and the islands, and Baska Voda itself. The houses and land are located approx. 2 km from the sea. Title is clear.
